Nipple-Sparing Mastectomy
(Modified McKissock)
with Immediate Reconstruction

This is a more complex operation suitable for large-breasted women who wish to achieve smaller breast size following mastectomy as part of cancer treatment or risk-reducing mastectomy. The type of reconstruction depends on the individual patient and any additional treatment, such as Radiotherapy, which could influence the cosmetic outcome in the medium to long term.
